Based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, our production facilities are located at Halol, Changodar and Kapadvanj. Our modern and technologically advanced production plants with European technology are powered by highly skilled and experienced team of Development, Production & Quality engineers, who believe in being “A Step Ahead”. This helps them to adopt quickly to market needs & requirements and offer a right solution to customers requirements in shortest possible times, besides ensuring that our products meet the stringent specifications of our global customers.

Our Brands
Mangalam Saarloh is Brand for Long Products like Continuous Cast Billets to Bright & Forged & Proof Machined bars.
- Square Billets are manufactured through Double Strand Continuous Casting Machine.
- Sizes (in mm) – 100 * 100; 130 * 130; 140 * 140; 160 * 160 and 200 * 200
- Bright Round Bars are manufactured using Bar Peeling Machine, Centerless Grinding Machine, Pre & Post Straightening Machine, Polishing Machine etc.
- Size range of 5mm to 100mm.
- Square Bright Bars are cold drawn and centerless ground and free from surface defects, greater dimensional accuracy & enhanced mechanical properties.
- Size range of 18mm to 45mm.
- Hexagonal Bright Bars are cold drawn and solution annealed to achieve right strength and durability, making them suitable for various engineering applications.
- Size range of 18mm to 45mm.
- Forged & Proof Machined Round Bars manufactures Round Bars Automatic Rolling Mill.
- Size Range: 120mm to 450mm (4-3/4” to 18”).
- Ingots are manufactured through Bottom Poured Ingot Casting machine.
- Minimum size is 7″ 8″ (330 kgs) while the maximum size is 18 MT.
- RCS Bar Size Range : 55x55mm, 63x63mm and 75x75mm
- Mangalam Saarloh manufactures Round Bars using 20″ and 14″ Semi Automatic Rolling Mill.
- Size range 16mm to 125mm.
Mangalam Tubicore is Brand for Tubular Products like Seamless & Welded Pipes & Tubes
- Hot Finish Mother Hollows are processed through Pilgers or Draw Benches to produce Seamless Pipes.
- Size: 1/4” NPS to 6” NPS
- Hot Finish Mother Hollows are processed through Pilgers or Draw Benches to produce Seamless Tubes.
- Size (HE Tubes) – OD: 6.00mm to 101.600mm.
- Size (U Tubes) – OD: 15.87mm to 38.10mm.
- .Hot Finish Mother Hollows are processed through Pilgers or Draw Benches to produce Seamless Tubes
- Size – OD: 6.00mm to 50.80mm.
- Bright Round Bars are pierced in state of an art machine to produce Hot Finish Mother Hollows.
- Size – 48 mm to 114.30mm
- Welded Pipes are produced on fully automatic line with online Bead Control & Eddy Current Testing facility.
- Sizes: 1/2″ NB to 6” NB
- Welded pipes & tubes are produced on fully automatic line with online Bead Control & Eddy Current Testing facility.
