About Position

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing B2B sales of seamless pipes, bright bars and identifying and developing new sales leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. Focus strongly on converting every enquiry into an order. Preparing marketing and promotion strategies, plans; planning and organizing presentations to develop new clients.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the team to deliver quality services to clients and will be expected to keep up-to-date with new products and industry trends.

  • Co-ordination with shipping team to ensure shipment to customer.
  • Responsible to co-ordinate with sales team for resolving issues relates to order entry scope of change.
  • Documentation for customer orders, Updating export summary file, Shipping Execution
  • Prepare MIS & Tracking Report of Export Shipments.
  • Practical & Knowledge in Factory work. Handling Container stuffing & more work in factory.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the stainless steel industry and B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple clients
  • Experience in managing CRM processes, maintaining sales records, and generating sales reports
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment and be a team player
